Submissions

We invite you to submit original and unpublished work to the conference for review. Any type of submission (e.g., abstracts, full papers, tutorials, invited paper, plenary speeches, etc.) to the conference must start with an abstract submission. Each submission will be reviewed and the author(s) will be notified of recommendation by the International Program Committee. Only scholarly work that has not been published elsewhere should be submitted for consideration.

Last Date for Submission of Abstracts

June 15, 2007

(International submission of abstract will be accepted for consideration of presentation at the conference. These submissions when accepted, no full paper will be accepted for reviewed unless the full paper is submitted before July 15).

All abstract submissions are only accepted via the Web. Each successful submission will be assigned a reference number (e.g., 2007A108). This number will be used in all future correspondence with the editors. The abstract content is accepted in text form with any valid HTML/MML tags. If your abstract submission content must contain mathematical symbols, then complete the submission process with "abstract in PDF" as the abstract content, and send the IPC Co-Chairs with the PDF file, noted with the reference number. Each abstract should have around 250-500 words.

Once your abstract is accepted by the IPC, you have the option to submit a full paper for that abstract. The full paper will be BLIND reviewed by peers and IPC. Their recommendations will be further reviewed by the editorial board for consideration to appear in the Proceedings of the conference. Submission of a full paper for REVIEW should only be in PDF and also must be submitted via the Web (If you need help in converting a Microsoft Word document to PDF, please email to either IPC co-chair). You will find the full paper submission link once log on to the ATCM conference submission site (as you did when you submitted your abstract).
